Your mission
We are looking for a curious, hands-on and passionate Support Engineer with mobile skills for our Support Team!
You will be providing technical support to our customers and vendors at Anyline, and help them to configure and maintain our SDK. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to work together with them and our diverse cross functional teams to ensure a high quality for our product, and a satisfactory experience for our partners' customers. You will work directly with Product and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve issues reported by our customers, to properly assess and agree on actions to be taken for necessary fixes and continuous improvements in our products and deployments.

What you will be doing
- Maintain and enhance our Knowledge Database aligned with frequently asked queries.
- Provide continuous proactive and reactive technical support to customers through a scaled ticketing system while ensuring a high level of satisfaction from our service.
- Problem and Root-Cause-Analysis as part of our 2nd-Level-Support.
- Troubleshoot our customers’ technical issues in cooperation with their engineering and second level operations teams, while also working with Anyline's internal technical teams to resolve those issues.
- Work together with Engineering, Product and Product Design to bring customer requests onto our roadmap.
