In this role, you create and publish high‑quality content at scale, ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with our messaging and business priorities. You’ll work closely with the Communications Manager and collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Marketing teams.
Content & Social Media
- Plan, write, and edit blog posts, articles, and customer success stories
- Own LinkedIn as our primary social channel (text, carousels, video snippets, campaign assets)
- Manage the content calendar, posting cadence, and engagement performance
- Manage the customer story pipeline and publish case studies
- Support website content updates and ensure consistency and quality
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Codex) to speed up content creation and workflows
- Continuously explore new tools and ways to improve efficiency
